Energy Drinks

In my opinion energy drinks are dangerous products that are spreading so widely in the country especially for teenagers. The manufacturers are giving claims that energy drinks contain high levels of Caffeine and other stimulant ingredients, They also claim that energy drinks boost performance, maintain energy, and strength the immune system but the studies do not support these claims, and they also claim that energy drinks contain low levels of sugar which is not true. These claims attract the people (especially teenagers) to buy their products. Many of the teenagers believe that energy drinks would help them stay awake or while doing sports but they do not notice the side effects of drinking such things. Energy drinks affect most parts of the body like the skin, the brain, the muscles, the heart, the respiratory system, and gastric. I haven't drunk any energy drinks and I will keep it up especially when I knew their effects on the body.

Essential questions

Egypt is located in Africa covering about 1m Km square. Egypt's surface is mostly Desert. 95% of the people are living along the River Nile which is 5% of Egypt's territory. Most of the people are Muslims but there are also Christians. Christians population in Egypt is 8m over 80m total, the rest of people are all Muslims. So I was born as an Arab Muslim person with light brown skin like most of the Egyptians.
