Carbon Cycle works with other cycles?
Carbon works with all the cycles of the earth, not only working with them but it has a big role in the cycles' processes. One way of which the carbon works with biosphere is that plants absorb Carbon dioxide to make energy and releases Oxygen into the air, and the consumers like humans and animals breath in Oxygen that the plants produce and they breath out Carbon dioxide. This also works with atmosphere because the carbon dioxide also go into the air and when the factories burn up the fossils, they also release carbon dioxide. Another cycle that the Carbon works with is the water cycle (Hydrosphere). The organisms that live in the rivers, seas, oceans, etc..... also releases carbon dioxide into the air. The Carbon also has an impact on the Lithosphere. When the volcano happens, it releases carbon into the air. And that is how the Carbon works with all the different cycles of earth.
Here is my reflection and answers to the questions about sleeping.
1- How does sleep effect your learning?
Well, while we are sleeping, the brain practices and remembers all the information that we learn throughout the whole day. The best time for the brain to work is while we are sleeping because the brain is not distracted by the other activities that we do all the day and also it has more time to practice the information.
2- How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?

I actually do not get enough sleep. I sleep about 6-7 hours everyday even on the weekends I sleep the same amount of time. I go to sleep around 11:30 - 12:00.
And when I wake up, I feel like that I want to sleep badly and feel really tired but I used to wake up early so I became an habit in my life which I think is a good thing.
3- Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? why or why not?

I would like to wake up early but I also sleep late and I cannot keep doing that. I do lots of sports at the morning, I will not bother myself with my phone or the internet, and I will try to get to bed earlier even though it would be challenging for me but I will lose nothing if tried.
