Here is my reflection and answers to the questions about sleeping.


1- How does sleep effect your learning?

Well, while we are sleeping, the brain practices and remembers all the information that we learn throughout the whole day. The best time for the brain to work is while we are sleeping because the brain is not distracted by the other activities that we do all the day and also it has more time to practice the information.


2- How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
I actually do not get enough sleep. I sleep about 6-7 hours everyday even on the weekends I sleep the same amount of time. I go to sleep around 11:30 - 12:00.
And when I wake up, I feel like that I want to sleep badly and feel really tired but I used to wake up early so I became an habit in my life which I think is a good thing.


3- Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? why or why not?
I would like to wake up early but I also sleep late and I cannot keep doing that. I do lots of sports at the morning, I will not bother myself with my phone or the internet, and I will try to get to bed earlier even though it would be challenging for me but I will lose nothing if tried.
